Through the eyes of a shepherd / Kenneth A Winter.

Summary:

"This is the story of Jesus, the Good Shepherd, told through the eyes of another shepherd, who as a boy knelt to worship the newborn King in a Bethlehem stable, as a man wept as he witnessed the sacrifice of the Lamb on a cross at Calvary, and as a disciple trembled in an upper room before his risen Savior. Join a shepherd named Shimon in his journey from Bethlehem through the hills of Judea, Galilee and Samaria and the pages of the Gospels. It is a story of redemption - the redemption of a shepherd - and the redemption of each and every one who responds to the voice of the Good Shepherd"-- Provided by publisher.

Summary

Through the Eyes of a Shepherd

Shimon was a shepherd boy when he first saw the newborn King in a Bethlehem stable. Join him in his journey as he re-encounters the Lamb of God at the Jordan, and follows the Miracle Worker through the wilderness, the Messiah to the cross, and the Risen Savior from the upper room. Though Shimon is a fictional character, we'll see the pages of the Gospels unfold through his eyes, and experience a story of redemption - the redemption of a shepherd - and the redemption of each one who chooses to follow the Good Shepherd.
